It’s gotta be cookies!
We have a very wonderful meal for Christmas Eve. Steak,lobster and shrimp and somehow leave room for cheesecake. I look forward to it every year.

Cheese Ball and homemade spaghetti
Every year at Christmas time, we enjoy the homemade fudge I make. My twin sister sends black walnuts to me from Kansas so we can all have fudge with nuts for a treat. We also like the peanut butter chocolate star cookies, spritz cookies, and pecan sandies that I make.
Ham then cheesecake for desert.
My daughter and I love making a chocolate almond cookie that disappears quickly. We usually double the double batch! My favorite partly because they are delicious, but mostly because of the memories they invoke.

I truly enjoy my mom’s sugar cookies. They have almond extract in both the cookie dough and frosting. Then she used 50 year old cutters, a nice vintage touch!!! Larissa is correct ZERO calories…?

This sounds odd for Christmas but my mom made the best potato salad along with ham. She has since passed away so I do my best to duplicate it.

Mumbo Jumbo Rolls. I make them every Christmas morning for the past 20 years. When I make them I think of the friend who I got the recipe from and think of her in heaven.
