The 9th Day of Christmas – Question 9
Both clear and garland lights that are colored
Both! I have clear small light and larger bulbs with color!
Clear, but I like clear or colored.
After too many of the white lights burned out on our pre-lit tree last season opted for colored this year.
Clear this year but some years I use colored.
This year it’s clear. I like to change my theme every year so I have lots of different colors of lights. I like all of them.
This year colored. Went for a change this year I have always had clear before.
Our Christmas Tree is all types of colors!
Color
Red, white & green
All white because it really highlights the ornaments (I have a snowflake and icicle theme this year.) But I’ve done all blue lights, or multi-colored with different ornaments. It’s nice to change it up from year-to-year!
We always put clear on our tree.
White!
Colored, I love seeing the bright colors out our front window.
Clear
Clear lights on the tree downstairs and red & white lights on the tree upstairs
Colored in the family room tree with lots of ornaments with stories behind. Clear lights on the kitchen tree with red/gold ornaments
Colored!
Clear lights. Colored lights don’t look right on a log home.
We always have colored lights with a mixture of small and large bulbs.
Clear. That’s what came on the tree, however I do miss colored lights!

Always have had colored lights.
Clear lights in everything except the manger has 1 blue light
Alternating red and clear lights for the upstairs tree. Cear lights only for the tree downstairs. Next year will be blue lights for a blue Christmas.
We go with the clear. We have red and silver ornaments! The Lumberjack way
Colored??
Some years they are white, some years they are multi, but my favorite are the blue lights.
I love white- the kids love colored. We switch off every few years but I usually cave and let the kids have colored.
Colored, on all three trees!
1 tree has colored and 1 tree is white. No flashing lights. They are both beautiful
If i had my tree up it would be colored lights.
Mine are clear; I love to accent red ornaments on the tree.
Colored!

Clear lights so then we can have colorful ornaments :)
We always go clear so our family ornaments are the focus! Decorate outside with colorful lights!
We have multiple color options on the tree. Currently they are colored. I prefer them white.
We always go with clear lights. ?
Always colored! My son’s first Christmas (35 years ago) had him staring at my mother’s tree with wonder. He was only 3 months old, but we’ve only had colored lights since. He’s always said he only wanted colored lights like grandma’s tree.
Clear lights – goes well with the silver and gold ornaments we have.
Clear lights!!
We do two trees so one is white and the other is multicolored.
This year it is clear lights. We changed it up every year.
Red and white this year! We alternate.

Colored and clear. Purple and clear or blue and clear are gorgeous. The kid’s dad was the tree master. We are going to attempt the tree today as he passed three months ago. My daughter would absolutely die if we win this.
Colored! We use the biggest size lights you can find and they match our outside lights because our tree is in front of our picture window. I think it looks vintage. :)
Clear lights.
