We are looking for a special candidate to join our front-of-house team! This is a patient-facing, administrative role where you will work alongside our existing team of superstars to provide patients with clear, accurate, and seamless care.
The best part of this position? Getting to chat with our amazing patients! People seeking care from us tend to be friendly and smart—I guess game sees game!
You would be handling the critical details that keep our day running smoothly and respecting each patient’s unique needs and expectations for their visit.
- Patient Experience: Managing daily patient communication and optimizing the clinical schedule.
- Financial Clarity: Providing patients with complete financial information with absolute transparency and accuracy.
- Backend Logistics: Handling insurance verification and precise dental billing.

We would describe our practice status as in the running for the pennant. We are experiencing a World Series-winning type of season, and we are looking for additional extraordinary talent!
We are simply expanding our roster to keep up with our continued growth, driven by patients seeking advanced smile restorations, cases that use digital workflows, and high-end surgical enhancements such as All-on-X implants.
If you are a seasoned pro looking for a fresh start because you’ve recently moved to the area, if you feel your current work situation is no longer serving your needs, or you want increased job satisfaction, this is your call-up.
We are not looking for a rookie. We need a smart, talented, and motivated Dental Assistant who wants to move beyond the clinical rut, stretch their skills, and jump right into a high-performing culture. Experience with digital scanning and 3D printing is a major plus. Surgical experience assisting with dental implants and implant dentures is highly valued. We work exclusively with Straumann Implants to ensure our patients receive the highest-quality materials available, and by using the same manufacturer, we maintain predictable surgical protocols.
